Under each members name you will see a Smite & Exalt link to click on. It's just like a "Like" button on Face Book. Use it to agree or disagree with a members post. Each click will bring each members Karma up or down by one point. We all started at zero...
I would suggest going easy on the Smite button, unless someone says something you really disagree with...
