I love it. The kitties all look content and you look warm and cozy. I can't think of a better blanket for the winter.

Well, I'm never alone, that's for sure.. They are my entourage, they sometimes follow me around the house in a single file and it cracks me up !! All I have to do is sit.. anywhere,, couch, chair, computer and it's a free for all as to who gets to the lap first So Dan, you and Sugar found all 9 of them.. that's good, I know a few are still searching for Bull, he only has only his eye, nose and one ear visible, but you have to look really hard to find him ;D

Emma is starting to be more affectionate. She actually jumped up on my lap last week! Scooter has always been adverse to sleeping in our lap on the couch. Anywhere else, he has to be on us. It was weird how he had no interest in sitting with us on the couch. If we carried him onto the couch, he'd stay about 30 seconds and then bail. He's set on the love seat across from us and was quite content. Until a few weeks ago.. He has decided the couch is kind of an okay place. He curls up there now, Scoots on my lap, Jenny on Sug's. It's so funny how the personality, likes and dislikes, change with these guys every 6 months or so...

I can't believe you aren't also cover with cat's Jackie.. I have to admit that I do love them and enjoy all the warmth but sometimes it take me a while to peel them all off me so I can get up Once I'm on the couch it starts .. one by one they come and pile on Dan, count your blessing's.. ;D You only have one ( for now) ;D OK, OK I forgot you do have Jenny but since she isn't a Desert Lynx, not sure she counts Have to tell you something funny.. one person I sent to the forum to look at pictures and read about the cat's asked me who the parents of "Jenny" were because she didn't want a kitten from that litter ;D ;D ;D

In the genealogical research I've done, I've come up with this as Jenny's father: And this was her real mom: It explains a lot...

Oh Dan!! I laughed so hard and so long.. Amazing,, ;D Did you find them on Ancestry.com Yup, that explains a lot .. poor Jenny, with parents like that, how else could she have turned out? I'm sure the Prozac would have helped her mom a lot

Yup. This is the exact sound Jenny makes, should you disturb her when she is eating. Or drinking. Or sleeping. Or Gwad help us, trying to cram a Prozac down her throat...

I hope your not trying to give Jenny her pill with your hands! Did the vet give you a 'pill popper" or 'pill pusher'' forget exactly what they are called but they work great for giving meds.. keeps you fingers from being chomped on, it is also quick..

It's a 1/4 pill actually, got a pill cutter from the pharmacist. We have the pill popper, and the liquid oral syringe left over from Forrest's days. They ain't gonna work on Jenny, you're thinking of a normal cat.
Best way is Sugar holds her, I pry her lips open, rub the 1/4 tablet (it dissolves quickly) on her gums and then massage her throat until she swallows.
