Ok, so don't yell at me if I'm doing this wrong.. I'm stressed ! Be nice.. Kiki is sure looking big, she is digging around in the birthing box so we might be getting close.. I'm so excited.. I just have a bad feeling she will choose to deliver on Kim's mom's B'Day this Thursday.. we are haveing a big party for her.. she will be 90!! We are also in the middle of putting in a new septic since the one we have is toast! Using a Port-a-potty in the back yard can make a girl cranky!!! So of coarse I have a feeling Kiki will decided to do it at the worst moment but then having those little fur ball's is always a great present and can make the worst of times better ;-)

Well, I'm crossing my fingers that Kiki delivers, but not during your party!

No kittens yet.. Kiki isn't ready I guess.. she must think the fuzz muffins need a little more time in the oven.. so I guess we wait till she is good and ready.. at least the B'day party is over and went well, the new septic is in so life is better.. now if Miss Priss would just give us some babies, then the world would be right !

I do the same thing Jackie.. I look forward to a post I've been a bit on the grumpy side with the septic tank problem.. I hate using one at any time but at 3:00AM in the dark and freezing cold out, having to use it for 5 days made me very grouchy! Hay you never know what you will run into out in the dark.. what if a Big Foot was out in the yard, or worse, using the port-a-potty when I opened the door ... If all goes well well. it looks like we 'might' have some muffins tonight or in the morning.. I will for sure post if we do

Oh Dear!!! Can't imagine having to go out in the cold and sitting on a freezing cold seat!!! I should bring a thunder mug for under you bed when we come to see you I'm so spoiled when it comes to a washroom. We have one that has a heated seat, a fan built in so no smelly, it washes you and then if you want, it will dry you too! Hahahaha... Can't wait to meet our little Kiba!!!

Well, Kiki had her litter...3! Not a male in the bunch.. all females! Also not a cloud in the bunch.. so sorry Jackie, all are leopards.. One for sure is a Silver Blue Leopard female straight foot.. I think there may be a poly or two in the batch and not sure if the Leopards are Silver Ebony or Copper Ebony yet as they are still wet! .. She started to scream about 3:00 AM and was scratching on the door as if to say "It's time so get out of bed and get in here" as soon as I went in she ran to the box and started to deliver! I could have sworn she would have 4.. but with these crazy cats, she could still have one more.. some can be born 24 hours apart depending on when they were conceived.. but I kind of think this is it and 3 it is..So for now I need to let them nurse for the first 24 to 48 and then take a better look at them.

Glad that everything 'came out' fine for mom and babies Arlene. That's what's most important. Sounds like you got yourself a little Blue Girl Hope they all have a home to go to. If not, let me know and I'll see if my friends are serious about owning a DLX. You know I wouldn't let them have one unless they follow the rules too. xoxoxo

Here's the pic Arlene sent me. Our new girl, Miss Lil Stuff, is in the middle. We are incredibly excited as we (along with everyone else that's seen him) just love Mr. Big Stuff. Already making vacation plans for sometime in May for a road trip to Selma!
