Good Morning Everyone!
Would like to introduce myself, my name is Sugar (real name, not a nickname) and I am Dan's wife and "Mom" to Scooter and Jenny. More so Jenny since she seems to stick to me like Elmer's Glue. Scoot's just seems to tag along wherever we both go.
Love the fact my hubby started this forum...it is so awesome to see pictures and hear stories about Scooter's cousins, half brothers and sisters and distant relatives. These are the most loving, generous and inquisitive cats that I have had the pleasure of owing ( or actually they own us don't they).
Dan was new to cat's, had always been a dog person until he met me , 20+ years ago. When the last dog passed away, we hit the local animal shelter and met our "Forrest". (As in Forrest Gump, because all he did was run everywhere and that's how Jenny got her name, another story at a later time) Forrest picked Dan and he was smitten with the kitty bug. We lost Forrest two years ago after he gave us 13 years of constant intertainment. That's when Dan got on line and started looking for a new "buddy" with the same characteristics as Forrest and that is how he found our Arlene. Now almost two years later we are still talking about adding another DL to our family.
Well, enough from me at this time...enjoy the forum and I hope to chat with all of you!!!
