It's been incredibly hectic here recently, sorry I haven't been on Our forum more often as of late.
Today is my last day at work for the next 3 weeks or so. Tomorrow, Friday, is prep, service and packing day. We are kickstands up at 0400 (That's 4:00 AM for the non military types
) and are riding to Reno, NV. That way we should beat most of the desert heat. Sunday, we are headed to Bodega Bay, CA. and then a slow roll up the coast on PCH.
Arlene, we should be in Crescent City, CA. on or about 20 or 21 August. We'll give you a call as we get close. We plan on stopping in Selma for a couple hours to visit you, Kim, the cats and dogs. The other couple that is riding with us are big time Dog People, so they are going to love the Indian Dogs.
Another day or two and we should hit Vancouver Island. Ron & Jackie, I'll get ahold of you guys when we get settled. We plan on a couple of days on the island, and would love to meet you guys!
From there, it's on to Whistler and then we'll see where the wind takes us. We never plan more than 24 hours in advance, makes it much more fun finding new and interesting places!
The contest may not start until we get home, September 3rd or so. It will all depend on WiFi availability. If I get a good connection, I'll try to post some pics of the trip, and start the poll. It's been a long hot summer in Las Vegas, and we really need a vacation, we are all looking forward to the trip.
The cats are going to the vet for the duration. We have a great place, and they they seem to love it there. If fact, they love Jenny, and that is beyond rare.

I lived for 10 year in Miami and went to school there.. I love the Keys!! I'll drive a motor home so everyone can have a nice place to sleep and home cooked food
