About the litter box.....Arlene....are you kidding me?!?! With all those cats!...do you really think they all do their business by 11am? Hahaha....apparently the litter box is a PINK job cause I clean it too....at least 3 times a day and I only have 3! Gizmo used to come running when I cleaned it...practically a battle between him and the dust pan! It's better now I have the purrfect set up for our house that we are building. A little trap door leading into the garage. The litter box will be in it's own big box that will be accessible from the garage. The cats will never be in the actual garage...in case a door is open I have shag rugs under my litter box but I see they make special mats that spread their feet and loosen any litter before they walk too far. Love the flush-able litter but it does tend to be a bit powdery and it leaves a very fine trail Thanks for the compliment Arlene. @ Sugar...Blue likes to take a piece or two and shake the dickens out of it. They mostly go flying and then he just grabs another out of the dish. Emma's a pretty good vacuum for the ones outside the dish And yes....that is Blue flying through the air with the greatest of ease Attachments:

Our new home is actually only minutes down the road from where we live at the moment. It just happens to be out of the city limits but it's like a bubble within the city...does that make sense? It's 5.5 acres of land that will be mostly trees and also a creek that we cannot build too close too. ATM we live in a home that is approx 3600 square feet and 2 levels. This new home will be over 4000 square feet with a man room over the garage, so for the most part...we will live downstairs. It's less rooms and the rooms are just bigger. A large part of it will be the 2 guest rooms. Don't expect all our children to live in town and would love to be able to have them stay here when they visit....with their children )) That would include you too Arlene!! As you know, Ron is into cars so we will also have a 3 car garage and of course the 3 garage attached to our home. I know it's a slim chance to none of you two coming out to see us but we would LOVE it! We had a great day for weather today. My trainer took me out around the lake near us and then we walked the Labyrinth. I have met many good people between the age of 20-30...it's a good decade. OK...I've gone on enough So happy to have this Forum....thanks again Dan

You're welcome, I'm enjoying it too... So Ron's a gear-head? I should have picked up on that when you said he's taking the Cobra out... Well, that settles it, we need to get together to talk cars. I've been fascinated with anything that goes fast, and have been turning wrenches as a hobby since I was a wee lad. My Dad worked for Chrysler & GM both in the 50's & 60's and ended up co-owning a parts warehouse when he left Chrysler. Most dads played catch with their kids, mine showed me how to rebuild engines... Sugar & I have been into Corvettes for 20 years or more. In fact we met on a Corvette run. We both held office in LVCA (Las Vegas Corvette Assoc.) & I was president in 1996. Currently we are down to only two Vettes, an 1996 LT4 CE Roadster, and a 77 Coupe. The 77 is bone stock, all original, and setting in a storage unit. I plan on retiring on July 28, 2017 (Not that I'm counting the days ) and it's going to be one of my projects. Figure I'll drop in an FI crate motor, with a 4-speed auto and go toy with a few Mustangs... Previous Vettes we have owned include a 91 ZR-1 and a 72 four speed air coupe. Sugar had a 89 custom she showed for years, she took 13 first place trophies, and 2 seconds. She actually bought and sold the car twice. That is a 3-beer story... The new house sound wonderful! Congratulations, and enjoy it!!!

Ok, so Jackie and I have been thinking, since Dan, Ron, & Kim are all motor heads that we should plan a get together BBQ at my place sometime soon if we can all get it together, and who ever else wants to come, they are welcome..Kim can show you guys all his toys, from cars to bikes.. he has dozens of both.

The house sounds wonderful Jackie.. wish we could get away but with all the animals we are home bound. Haven't ever even had a vacation but then we love our animals so working with them is not so bad, at least we don't have a boss or a desk to go to everyday so no complaints here :-)

I just have to mention that Rick is a major car guy as well....we will be adding on a huge garage/workspace with his lifts to try & keep most of his "hobby" collection close to home....he has stuff scattered everywhere now, but to my recollection there is a 32 roadster, a 36 Ford, 46-47 cadillac, camaro, Harleys...can't think of the rest off the top of my head...He is building/recreating a black Chevelle to have ready by the wedding...(one like we had a couple of dates in back in the 70's ). So....we would love an invite to a retro BBQ.

You are invited!! I can't even begin to list all of Kim's toys.. for sure I know of the 50 Hudson we take to car shows, a old Willys truck, he also has a 40 Hudson, a 36 La Sale and the list goes on.. even a Studabacker!! As for bike's.. I think last count was around 11 !! Boy's and their toy's !! Like I said any one else is welcome!! We just have to pick a date and do it.. I knmow Jackie wants to make it around the middle of Sept, incase I have a extra potato chip in the next litter :-)

Haven't heard from Dan for a while.. are you OK Dan? Ya, Sug and I are in Arizona for a bit. Didn't bring a computer, so I'm stuck using my phone... Kinda hard to type on a one inch keyboard... Be home in a few days and I'll get caught up... Thanks for asking...
