breeder update

Well, lets see.. I had Kessu and her 2 kids ( Zoli & Pixie)spayed on Thursday, so they are relaxing in the craft room till they can come back out with the rest of the gang..
Trinkets merry band of fluff balls did a jail house escape from the birthing box last night so after putting them back in several time yesterday, I just took down the front panel and let them out.. They are just 3 weeks old but already a hand full. Thankfully they are all doing great! Trinket is not happy about them being out and she also put them back in the box and then smacked them on the head each time one got out but she gave up as well.. so they are out and waddling around .. they are enjoying the extra bottle feeding time when I feed them and so is Trinket.. she is getting so skinny and they are so fat, I thought she could use the help and she agrees with it. She will just lay down and relax while I give them the bottle about 2 to 3 times a day. I also have been feeding Trinket extra canned food, goat milk as well as he dry. Those little pigs just are too many for her to keep fed

Whoa Jackie!!Who woke you up!! Good to hear from you.. Actually they are still too little for them to be with the big guys, just turned 4 weeks, so they are still in the master bath with their mom, Trinket.. she is getting over them .. I think having 5 for her first litter is a bit overwhelming for her, I know she is skinny as can be with those little vampires, sucking her dry! They are eating canned food, drinking the goat milk and still nursing! I don't think there is enough food in the world for them, I fill the goat milk bowel and the dish of canned food several times a day and it is always empty!! With out the love of my life around, I need to wait till they are older before I can bring them out with the big guys.. However Tank is trying to fill his shoes and has been very good with the other kittens I have brought out, like Keesu's girls..
Can't wait to see you guys again this summer.. think we can talk Dan & Sugar into a trip up here for a cat gathering!!

Glad to hear all are doing well, five is a bunch for all of you.

Thanks for the invite, but we are going east for vacation this year. Visiting friends and family in Missouri. I'm free, but Sugar refuses to retire...
