Hay Dan... Why am I a junior member??? And how did you get so many stars?? :-) It's based on the number of posts you have submitted. Everyone (except me, more on that below) started as a New Member with one star. When they hit 50 posts they graduate to Junior Member, and get an extra star. As you, or anyone else, post more your member status will change, and you will get more stars. It's automatic, the site counts your posts and changes your status. I have five stars because I'm the Administrator, also automatically generated by the site. As the Admin, I have the option to change things. I can add boards, modify them, delete them, and do all the required maintenance to keep it running smoothly. I don't see it being a problem here, but I can also warn members for inappropriate behavior. Or I can ban members, either for a short time-out, or permanently. I can also track and block their IP address, so if they try to re-register under another name, they wont be able to. Like I said, I don't ever see it being a problem here, but on other boards I visit, folks will join just to stir the pot to get a rise out of members. The internet term for these people is "Trolls". As in they are just trolling for a fight. The other problem on larger boards are Spammers, They will join and post links to their website, which are often porn or some type of scam. If anyone ever logs on here and sees something like this, first of all, DO NOT click on the link in the post! There is a Report to Mod button at the bottom right of each post. Click on it and I'll get an email. I'll review the post and take any action that is needed. Also, see the Smite & Exalt post I put under Forum Information... Make sense???  |

Ahh, that explains it. Thought it was something like that. I'm just such a computer dummy :-) If you ask me I think you deserve 10 stars ! :-)
