Just wanted to start this off with the information that I've had DLX from Arlene for years - my oldest now is 10 and the second one is 9. They are tough, resilient cats without any issues I know of. The only thing I can comment on as far as health is you do not want to let them get fat. That, of course, goes for any cat, but thankfully this breed will keep themselves in shape as long as you spend a little time each day in play with them even as they get older. That's not too hard - they love to play!!

As I understand it, cats spend close to 16 hours a day in sleep - but for some reason, I doubt this for the DLX!! On the move, yup, that's them!

Our 3 kitties are 13 months and 6 months. We have a huge dog dish full of cat food for them 24/7 ATM. When would you suggest that we start measuring their food?

Emma is a completely different build from Blue and Gizmo. Ron calls her chub chub. Should be interesting when there is only one fat cat and the other 2 are slim.
